Transportation Services Available
GoDurham ACCESS includes a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, including ADA paratransit, Durham County ACCESS, the Senior Shuttle, and GoDurham Connect.
GoDurham ACCESS (ADA Paratransit Service)

GoDurham ACCESS provides ADA paratransit service throughout the City of Durham and anywhere within 3/4th mile of any GoDurham fixed-bus route. This service is available to individuals whose disabilities prevent them from using the GoDurham fixed-route bus system.
Durham County ACCESS

- Durham County (Outside Durham city limits)
- Eligibility:
- Seniors (60+), rural residents, or individuals with disabilities or transportation barriers
- Service area:
- Durham County
Durham County ACCESS offers transportation for Durham County residents who are 60+, have a disability, live in rural areas, or are transportation disadvantaged. Rides are available for work, medical and nutritional appointments, shopping, and other personal needs.
Senior Shuttle

- Seniors (62+)

- To the grocery store
The Senior Shuttle is a free weekly service connecting residents of select senior communities in Durham to the grocery store.
GoDurham Connect

- North and East Durham Zones
GoDurham Connect is an on-demand microtransit service offering flexible, same-day, door-to-door rides within East and North Durham. Designed for areas with limited fixed-route service, riders can request trips between any locations within and between each zone.
